RaySat Antenna Systems, L.L.C. is a privately held US company that specializes in the development, marketing, sales and support of advanced, in-motion, low-profile, SATCOM On-The-Move (SOTM) antenna systems. RaySat Antenna Systems was founded to focus the marketing and sales efforts for SOTM products, in government , military, and commercial two-way satellite communications market. The company was "carved-out" from an existing company RaySat, Inc. in 2006.

The former parent company, RaySat, Inc. was established in 1997 and is a leading manufacturer and distributor of in-motion, low-profile, phased-array satellite antennas. These antennas allow moving vehicles to receive live satellite television.

RaySat Antenna Systems ' core platform is the StealthRay antenna system which is fully developed, low-profile (5.9“) SOTM Ku-band antenna. In addition, RaySat Antenna Systems provides satellite consulting services and R&D services that enable RaySat Antenna Systems to produce custom technology solutions.

The corporate headquarters is based Vienna, Virginia within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
